Petite Question: Can we live without GPS?

What is "La Petite Question"? It's that little question that's on your mind about current affairs or general knowledge, explained by researchers, teachers, doctoral students... from Aix-Marseille Université. For everyone!

Can we live without GPS?

Who travels without GPS these days? A tool that has become essential to everyday life... And yet, not so long ago, we did just fine without it, and animals do just fine without it. Did you ever travel with road maps?

Julien Serres, a teacher and researcher in biorobotics at the Institut des Sciences du Mouvement Etienne-Jules Marey (AMU/CNRS/Institut Carnot Star), explains how we could do without GPS.
