Three researchers from the Centre de Recherches en Psychologie et Neurosciences* shared their expertise as part of the Carnot Cognition Institute's "Du cerveau en capsule" (ie "Brain in a pod") video series.
Institut Carnot Cognition
Awarded the Carnot label in February 2020 by the French National Research Agency, the Institut Cognition is a national institute created in 2016 to develop research/business partnerships in the thematic field of cognition. Cognition is the study, through a vast cross-section of disciplines (psychology, neuroscience, biology, philosophy, linguistics, computer science, applied mathematics, physics), of how the brain functions and human capacities to perceive, act, communicate, understand, learn and interact.
To promote the skills of its affiliated research laboratories, the institute has chosen to illustrate, through short videos, research activities in cognition, their scientific content, their challenges, as well as potential applications.
